Exclusions (Not Covered)
- Damage from self-installation or non-AmpQuartz modifications
- Floods caused by negligence (e.g. leaving windows open)
- Properties outside 30km radius of Johor Bahru city center
- Commercial properties or rental units (tenant coverage only)
Claim Requirements
- Report within 24 hours of flood waters receding
- Proof of flood water level >5cm at property
- Photos of damage within 24 hours of flood receding
- Valid registration ID from registration portal
